PT. Indo Spices is committed to working with more growers in Samosir Island, located in the middle of Lake Toba, North Sumatra,  paying fair prices and helping  them develop long-term land management plans that are based on organic and sustainable agriculture practices.  PT. Indo Spices has also motivated more growers to cultivate vanilla beans and has provided the plant root to more than 100 local growers in Balige, North Sumatra where PT. Indo Spices also runs its vanilla plantation and operates the curing process.
